- Returns
Eligibility:
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
Unused, in their original condition, and with tags/labels attached.
In the original packaging (including boxes, dust bags, or protective materials).
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Intimate or sanitary items (for hygiene reasons).
Items marked as āFinal Saleā on the product page.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our Customer Support team at support@buraqvibe.com within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped by BuraqVibe.
- Refunds

Refund Amount:
You will receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding:
Original shipping fees (unless the return is our fault).

Contact us immediately (within 10 days of delivery) if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Provide photos/video of the issue for verification.
We will arrange a free return/replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
- Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already shipped, you must return it following the standard return process.
